Alumnus of Osmania University and Texas A&M University, Niranjan is a hands-on engineer, software programmer, manager, and business owner. A visionary, independent thinker, and pragmatic leader, he relies on his teams' abilities, encourages growth, and champions industry best practices.
Under his leadership, Radian Solutions achieved INC 5000 and Washington Technology FAST50 recognition. Outside the office, Niranjan enjoys biking, hiking, beach day trips, and loves spending time with his wife and traveling within and outside the US.
With 23+ years in the technology sector, Josh has led North America Public Sector and Higher Education practices, creating impact across Federal, State, County, and University Systems. He is an expert in digital transformation, designing and implementing complex large-scale solutions.
A passionate tennis player and outdoor enthusiast, Josh is also a talented musician with a love for both pop and classical genres. He cherishes family time with his wife and daughter and is active in community service.
