The goal is to enhance the understanding and application of Agile methodology at all levels of the organization, support continuous technology design, development, and operation, and ultimately deliver projects that provide the most important business value efficiently and effectively.

The proposed solution offered by Radian Solutions for this project involves providing Enterprise Agile Coaching services to support the State department’s efforts. The scope of services includes:

  • Agile Coaching: Delivering targeted training and ongoing support to project teams, management, and key stakeholders in Agile practices. This includes integrating Agile practices into the Project Management Office, developing an Agile Software Development process, and leading by example as a Scrum Master when needed.
  • Task Management: Preparing reports and documentation including a summary of activities, deliverables, milestone accomplishments, lessons learned, and supporting artifacts.
  • Process Design and Improvement: Conducting scope and status meetings, monitoring organizational transformation, aligning project documentation with Agile best practices, and supporting the integration of Agile concepts into organizational changes.
  • Coaching: Implementing industry best practices, providing clarification on Agile terminology and practices, coaching Scrum Masters and team members, assisting with Agile adoption, and supporting executives and senior management in implementing Agile.
  • Training: Recommending and delivering training courses for Agile project team members and management, including Executive Agile Overview, Agile Overview for the Project Team, Agile Fundamentals for the Project Team, Scrum Master/Product Owner Workshop, and Product/Sprint Backlog Planning Workshop. Customizing training sessions to meet specific project needs.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Developing and implementing a knowledge transfer plan to provide the Project with the necessary tools to develop State Agile coaching knowledge and train staff on Agile methodology. Conducting knowledge transfer sessions with State-identified team members.
